We guide you carefully through each stage — from early ideas through to the final details — ensuring every decision supports the bigger vision for your home.

STAGE 1 – CONNECT & CONSULT

Every project begins with an in-home consultation. This is a collaborative working session where we take time to understand how you live, what you love and how you want your home to feel.

We review plans, discuss scope, budget and timelines, and begin exploring early design possibilities. The goal of this stage is clarity, confidence and a shared understanding of direction.

STAGE 2 — DEFINE THE VISION / DESIGN CONCEPT

With a clear brief established, we begin shaping your design vision.

This stage captures the look, feel and emotional tone of your home — informed by your lifestyle, architecture, location and personal style preferences. We translate ideas into a clear design framework, supported by materials, colours, finishes and key design elements.

You receive a design document that becomes the guiding reference for the project — helping keep decisions focused, cohesive and aligned.

This is our North Star for the project.

STAGE 3 — DEVELOPED DESIGN & PLANNING

Your vision now starts to take shape in detail.

We refine layouts, curate materials and begin selecting fixtures, fittings and finishes. Using professional design tools, we develop CAD drawings, spatial plans and visualisations to help you confidently see how your home will come together.

This stage often includes detailed design of key spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.

Every detail is carefully considered to ensure the design is both beautiful and practical for everyday living.

STAGE 4 – CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT

We prepare detailed construction documentation to clearly communicate design intent to your builder and trades.

At the same time, we begin sourcing products from our trusted supplier and trade network — including tiles, lighting, fittings, furniture and custom pieces.

Our industry relationships help streamline decisions and ensure access to quality products and trusted suppliers throughout the project.

STAGE 5 — DESIGN MANAGEMENT & FINAL STYLING

While your builder manages the construction schedule, we remain closely involved to provide guidance, resolve questions and protect the design vision.

Through regular site visits and communication with trades, we help keep the project on track and ensure every detail is carefully executed.

As the project comes to completion, we layer in furniture, art and styling elements to bring warmth, personality and life to the space.

The result is a home that feels considered, personal and beautifully complete.
