MEET LUCINDA MCDONALDSOUL Interior Design is owned and operated by Lucinda McDonald, a fanatical renovator with a love for unlocking the potential in any space. Growing up in Auckland with parents who designed and built homes for a living, Lucinda’s love for design began at a very early age. She has always had a fascination for how people live in their homes and is passionate about designing interiors that are inviting and personal.
After leaving school, Lucinda completed a business degree at Auckland University with a subsequent career in Marketing & Finance. Design was never far from the mind however and during this time, Lucinda studied at the Nanette Cameron School of Design and KLC School of Design while living in London. The resulting skills & experience has allowed Lucinda to gain a unique perspective and ability to balance creativity within any budget (a useful skill that almost every client asks her to do!)
Lucinda’s central belief is that at the end of the day – good design, as well as being a wonderful source of individual style & expression, can simply make you happy.
